These Frequently Asked Questions will apply to the website that you are visiting, (the “Website”), which is owned by CULTRAG Performance, LLC (the “Company”).

Q: What is the availability of the parts on this Website?

Our Website provides a catalog for our customers to browse products and diagrams offered by the manufacturer. This does not mean Company has the parts in stock or that they are currently available to order from the manufacturer.

If you have a question on the availability of a part before placing an order please contact Company by phone, email or Website. Company is able to work with you directly on your time based needs and can even drop ship from the manufacturer to increase the speed of the delivery schedule. There may be additional costs involved with meeting or exceeding a requested delivery date.

To give you a general idea of availability Company can have the parts in stock or parts can be stocked at any factory warehouse across the country. This means we can have the part in stock, it can take 2-3 business days for Company to receive the parts or it can take up to 4-5 business days for Company to receive the parts depending on the location of the warehouse.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, PayPal, wire transfers, cashier's checks and money orders. You will need to contact Company directly by email, Website or phone to get specifics on ordering by wire transfer, cashier's checks and money orders.

Q: Do you ship Internationally?

Company does ship Worldwide and will work with you no matter how small or large your order is. Company accepts PayPal and most major credit cards for your convenience. International orders may not reflect the correct shipping costs on our Website at the time of placing an order. At the time of processing your order Company will contact you with any additional shipping costs involved to complete shipping your order and will not proceed until permission is granted by you. The shipping costs requested or charged by Company are shipping costs only for getting the part shipped to you from Company. The quoted or charged shipping costs do not include any duties, taxes or other fees the shipping company, your country or customs may charge. Company does reserve the right to charge any fees charged back by the shipping company, your country or customs to the original payment method you provided at the time of ordering.

Q: Do you provide tracking information?

Company does provide tracking information for most orders. There are some orders Company is not able to provide tracking information for and you will be notified up front if there is a possibility of not being able to provide a tracking number for your order.

Q: Do you price match?

Company does price match. Company requires the ability for Company to verify the total price shipped from another reputable source of factory parts. Company must be able to verify by visiting another company website and view the total price shipped of the order. Calling another company and asking for a certain person or an email from another company stating their offer or price is not valid for price matching. Company does reserve the right to deny a price match for any reason at any time. Price matching requests must be addressed before placing an order. We will not honor any price matching requests after an order is placed or an order is completed.

Q: What shipping companies do you use?

Company preferred shipping methods are Federal Express and USPS.
