Electrical parts are non-returnable.
Special order parts are non-returnable. If you are not sure if a part is a special order part please contact Company prior to placing an order, either by email, Website or phone, and Company will confirm for you.
Obsolete and discontinued parts are non-returnable. In the event a part is obsolete or discontinued Company will contact you prior to proceeding with the order and Company will allow you to make the decision to proceed or cancel the order. If you choose to proceed with the order the parts are non-returnable.
If your parts are returnable Company allows returns up to 30 days from the date of delivery. You must contact Company for a RMA# prior to returning your parts.
All returns must be accompanied by a RMA# in which you need to obtain from Company prior to returning your order. Contact Company by email, Website or phone to obtain RMA# and instructions. Any orders or parts returned without a RMA# will be refused and returned to you and will not be considered in the future by Company for a return.
If your part or order is returnable Company will not refund or credit any original shipping costs to get the item to you, unless the return is due to fault of Company.
If your part or order is returnable the responsibility relies on the customer to pay shipping costs to return the order, unless the return is due to fault of Company.
When purchasing parts on Website you may encounter items with a core charge such as wheels, modules, sensors, injectors, etc. Company requires core returns to be in the original packaging to be considered for a refund.
Parts must be returned in their original undamaged packaging. Factory sealed parts must still be factory sealed. Unmarked boxes and non-damaged parts must be returned unmarked and non-damaged. To be clear, items received by Company must be returned in sellable condition which is the same condition in which you would expect to receive new parts.
If your part or order is returnable please send the return to Company via a service where tracking information is provided. Company may ask you for tracking information in order to assist with completing your return. Keep the tracking information until your return and refund is complete.
Company reserves the right to charge up to a 20% restocking fee for parts or orders deemed returnable. Company reserves the right to charge up to 20% restocking fee at Company discretion.
Upon successful return of your part or order Company will process your return within 7 business days. Prior to issuing the credit Company will inspect the part or order and verify the condition and contents and issue the appropriate credit via the original payment method for your order. Depending on your payment method policies it can take up to 7 business days for the credit to appear on your account or statement.
GM Parts come with a 12 month unlimited mileage warranty from the date of the sale. The warranty does not cover parts that are defective due to being modified or improperly installed. Should you have a defective part during the warranty period please contact Company by email, Website or phone and Company will request the information necessary from you to file the claim with the manufacturer.
Company, hereby expressly disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and Company neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of parts or accessories. The only warranties which apply are those of the manufacturer. "We hereby certify that these goods were produced in compliance with all applicable requirements of Section 6, 7 & 12 of the Fair Labor Standards Act, as amended, and of Regulations and orders of the United States Department of Labor issued under Section 14 thereof."
